Elbow is fine now, shoulder still not 100%, kept from doing any strenuous work on it for a few days. I really enjoyed the meathead 5x5 program. I am going to start the June program today.
a recap of last 6 days:
5/31
great day, feel awesome. I did a mini strong man day,
tractor tire pull/drag 15yrds x3
tire flip 25yrds x 3
sledge hammer swings 20each side x 3
explosive jumps to tailgate 10 x 3. dead and done.
6/1- body weight work and 3 mile walk
6/2 - HWR
6/3 - 2 mile jog,
6/4 - MMA body weight workout and abs
changing up when i come off the fast each day. I usually wait till after I work out to drink shake, I am drinking it before training now and I am feeling much better and able to give training more.
It is awesome learning so much about myself. Little changes are sometimes positive.
Also started doing a body weight routine in the morning to get the blood flowing and hopefully help me get rid of the stubborn belly fat that is still hanging around.
