Default Time to be Accountable, to myself

First time posting on site. Read posts everyday just have not had the courage to post myself. Have been fallowing TT for sometime now and have had great personal results from training and nutrition. I am joining contest to be more accountable for myself. I am ready to progress, learn and help more.
Stats:
Male,46yrs
Hight: 5'11
weight: 198-192(need to get weekend habits balanced)
Goal: get rid of soft tissue around abs so abs can be seen.
stay current on daily posts of progress and diet to find where adjustments need to be made.

Diet has been great, fallowing Renagade diet , seems to be working. I am just starting to get a little hungry before the 16th hour.
I have been fallowing mostly TT body weight training for about 6 months, and just started 5x5 meatheads 3x aweek and MMA training or MMA abs on off days.

Welcome mate. The first post is the hardest. You'll be rambling like me in no time.

I'll chime in here, too, as one not used to posting diet and exercise. Heck, it's almost too much for me to manage writing it down for myself in my journal.

But, I do know that being in a community all working toward their own personal goals is highly motivating, so great job on stepping out of the shadows and onto the page!!!

While I'm here, I want to share an app my son just showed me. It's called "Lose It" and I put it on my Android phone. I like it MUCH better than fitday.com, just because it's so dang fast! I've only used it for two days now, but so far it's great.

I'm proud of myself so far: I'm down 2 lbs and have just finished the beginner's HWR so am ready to move on to the regular workouts. Can't wait. I'm loving it so far

Your diet is looking really good so far. You'll do great if you keep that up.

Your pushing some good numbers on 5 x 5. I just started it this week as well.

I thought that the 5x5 would not be enough, boy was I wrong. Still a little tinder from upper work on Mon. I up my cal intake a little this week to see if that is what was making me feel a little lethargic and not quite as motivated as I normally am about my training. Will keep track of how I am feeling.

Don't let the photo stop you. You can email it to TT. Read the instructions, it tells you where to send it. Doing great. Concetta
