Default Habit forming

After coming down from the high of second place in TT#16, I realized that a goal I had set was now common practice. No TV when I get home from work. I am reading, cooking, and now that spring is here, I am outside. Being mindful because of these contests are great ways to create new habits. This is what TT#17 is going to help me do.
I will stop eating dinner in front of the TV. I seem to have equated the TV with feeding time. This causes me to overeat. It is time to give thanks for the food in front of me and appreciate how lucky I am to have it. Being mindful of what I am eating will help me stop before I eat too much. At least, that is my qoal.
I am an ovo-vegetarian, who frequently goes dairy and gluten free, but I have been letting that slip. I think dairy and gluten free will be good for me this contest.
I had great success with Chris Lopez's Kettlebell Revolution 2.0, and want to keep the calluses from it, so I am challenging myself to 1 KB(16kg) snatch for every day of TT#17. The thought of 84/ea on day 84 made me shake, so it will be 84 total. I can't imagine only doing one arm on odd days, so it will be even numbers all the time. I just started snatching 16kg. I do have a 16kg at home, otherwise I would not have tried this. I know later on I will be spreading these out through the day.
I am starting with Halloween Metabolic Havoc from October 2012. Looks like fun.
Good luck to all of us.

Good on you for signing up again. Most commendable.

Halloween Havoc is one of those programs that I instantly liked the look of.

Nice goals for this challenge. I was at a gathering recently where someone said grace before dinner. Not being religious in the least I was a little --woah what is this-- at first then thought about it and realised the act of giving thanks for food is a lovely thing, regardless of religion.

I've never done the punisher X. The punisher I've managed but the X just takes the cake.

You must have a high pain threshold (or maybe I'm a wimp); I have never been able to go beyond 6 rounds of those punisher squats. In the workouts they seem to be toward the end when it is more difficult mustering up will power.
