Week #3 Day #2 Workout #4 -- 20-10 18-Minute Bodyweight Workout followed by Workout #4 -- Take Away Challenge doing BW Squats and TRX Push-ups. I had to put this workout off since yesterday I had some sort of stomach bug. Eating yesterday was far from ideal, but I am feeling much better today so it should be easier to eat within calories and hopefully close to my macros.

I'm glad whatever stomach bug it was, it didn't last long. I know things like that can sometimes last several days.

HWR 12 Week Program--Week #3 Day #3 -- Workout #15 20-10 SCREACH followed by Workout #2 The Metabolic Trio Ladder. Good workout. I found I was not working out as intensely as I have other days, but overall good focus and good form.

I'm back from a week away at a conference. Overall eating was good, but a couple of days were far from idea. I did workout through that time, and only missed on workout. Today started HWR 12-Week Week 5 Day 1--The Bodyweight 400. Took me 13 minutes 49 seconds.

Back after a less than ideal second half to last week. Now I am back at it. Yesterday I went for an excellent hike with my family, then for a walk down the beach. That evening I decided the weather was too beautiful to not get out, so I went for a nice bike ride.

Today, HWR Week #6 Day #1 -- Big 10 Bodyweight Circuit followed by Punisher X Very good workout.

Hi Jim,

I'm doing the HWR as well, but notice you are not necessarily doing the workouts in order. Is this true, and if so, why are you doing it this way?

Just curious, since you're a senior member I figure you must have some good knowledge.

Thanks!

Maureen

I am not sure what you mean by doing them in order. Could you clarify what you mean please?
