For that in my diet.

A lot of my current dinner recipes are from the CSIRO recipe books. I highly recommend them.
There's always room for a little perinaise. Always!

Day 9 10/5/13

800am and 11:30 coffees.

1:15pm - grilled steak with onion, asparagus, brocolli and capsicum

3pm whey protein with water and 3 tbsn coconut cream.

330pm - 1/4 cup of almonds

Long drive and flight, airline food looked hideous, managed to turn down a complimentary beer.

Figured i would just fast it out. I have a wedding tomorrow so probably a safe option.

Hill sprints then a swim at burleigh beach on the gold coast tomorrow morning. If you dont know it, look it up... And get jealous!

I could do with a holiday on the gold coast. Water is still nice and warm up that way.

Enjoy the wedding.

Day 10 - 11/5/13

Started out great but hit a srious roadblock.

830am - bodyweight and hillsprint workout.

10am- scrambled eggs with avo, mushroom and tomato.

1pm 4 chicken sausages with onion and 2 beers

5pm onwards - wedding
I went in with a plan to eat and drink moderately but it was soon abandoned and it turned into a bit of a free for all.

I felt like crap afterwards so im hoping i can take away a few lessons from it such as the fact that i should have had small tastes of different buffet items rather than trying to scarf everything as if it were my last meal!

Back on the horse today

TRX - cool ! And isn't it so nice to train outside at a park. I haven't used mine much lately - think I will follow suit and try some HWR TRX workouts outside too.
