I may be passing through after chrissy mate. Doing Chrissy in Melbourne then going to Port Macquarie. Might fly into Sydney or Newcastle and drive though so if that happens we will certainly catch up!

Congrats on the amazing job! Saw your entry and the pics look treat, especially impressive after reading your essay too. Sounds like you came a long way.

I am still keeping my journal, just haven't been logging online. needed a little break. I might start up an official online one after my wedding in september.

In the contest I was averaging around 1900 - 2000 calories per week.

I have since worked my way up to about 2500 cals per week. Training days its about 2800 - 3100 and off days are 2000 - 2400.

No changes to report yet but I am increasing my strength each week on 5x5 which I guess is a good sign.

I will certainly keep you up to date and keep watching your food log.

That sounds nice! I will also gradually bump up my calories after my summer break and have only 1 cardio session per week. The last 2-3 months were pretty intense and I feel that my legs need some rest

Keep pushing!
