This was good, but I really thought it would be better...I just don't seem to like pineapple in my drinks - would rather eat it:

"Tropical Thai Pineapple and Blueberry"

- 6 oz water
- 60 mL organic coconut milk
- 1 cup pineapple
- 1/4 cup frozen blueberries
- 2 scoops vanilla whey protein
- 2 handfuls of spinach (you can't taste it, trust me!)

Had that with 2oz almonds, 2 tablespoons raw almond butter, and 1 teaspoon natural peanut butter plus a Green Tea (naturally decaffeinated).

I've been caffeine free since Christmas Day. Although this really isnt a big deal for me because I've never had a coffee in my life.

I'm not old enough for that yet...it's too grown up!

Im seeing a recurring theme in your shakes....2 handfuls of spinach, and if I got this straight, you can't taste it, correct?

I'm trying most of them after you post them. They're really good, thanks for the info.

Also, are you updating your wealth and wise status updates here or on the ETR forums? Is it cool that I post all of mine here or should this be used for health while wealth and wise go in the ETR?

Thanks

I have no idea. I'm guessing around 50? 75? 412? I think I might count them next time. But I'm good until the late afternoon and sometimes even until dinner.

I encourage you to post everything here.

I post all of my updates in my regular training journal, but as long as you are posting somewhere, that is awesome!

Spinach is a staple in my shakes as well. Great way to get in an extra serve of greens. Although I do get some odd stares when I do it as well.

Maybe if you process the broccoli 1st? I'm sure my magic bullet would make short work of it, especially if you used frozen (thawed) rather than fresh.

Lol... actually this just made me laugh. I always tease my 3 year old by offering her a broccoli milkshake. She'll freak out if she actually see's me blend one up and drink it.

"Pineapple-orange-avocado Tropical blend"

- 6 oz water
- 1/2 avocado
- 1 cup pineapple
- 1/2 orange
- 2 scoops vanilla whey protein
- 2 handfuls of spinach

Had that with 2oz almonds, 1 teaspoon raw almond butter, and 1 apple plus a Green Tea (naturally decaffeinated).

And sucralose-free since 2012.

Research...(that I know I read but can't seem to find)...suggests that drinking a Green Tea after your meals helps you stay full longer. Try this after breakfast and lunch (doing so after dinner might keep you up at night).

And last night I retried the "Chocolate Cherry Cheesecake" but used avocado instead of Greek Yogurt.

It was just "ok".

- 4 oz water
- 1/2 avocado
- 20 cherries
- 2 scoops chocolate whey protein
- 2 handfuls of spinach

And today I redid the Tropical Pineapple-Blueberry. Same recipe. Nothing earth shattering.
