Default TT Revolution

Need some feedback on the TT Revolution programs. There is so much to choose from that I was curious about the best way to compile an intense program for the optimal results in the Transformation contest. My thought was to perform the 8 week elite portion since to incorporates KB and looks the most challenging. My question is, is this sufficient in and of itself to provide enough strength training or is there more I should add?

Thanks for the advise in advance,
Gwen

Hi Gwen!

Add the strength and muscle accelerators twice a week before your Elite Workouts.

You can rotate through the 3 S&M Accelerators over the 8 weeks.

I have been using the 20-10 Revolution for my first workout in this contest. I love it. Great intense workouts done with warm-up and cool down in about 30 minutes.

Thank Craig! My assumption is that the Elite workouts are a little more advanced. Is that correct? Although the 12 week program looked pretty amazing. I may incorporate that one during the spring/summer months when I can get outside to work out and during my camping trips.

Same here - love 'em! Intense and in and out very quickly and effectively. I am just wrapping that program up.

a little bit, but that was just the name they got because they use equipment (TRX and KB)
