We're not here to be comfortable though.
You can do it Brute. We are here to challenge ourselves. Slow and steady.

Anyway how you liking the program overall?

Keep up the good work.
Bodyweight training is in no way easy, you'll still get a great workout.

I chose the workouts becasue i have a 2 year old girl and i didnt want to spend my evenings at the gym. I'd be mising a lot of time with my wife and daughter. I do my bodyweight circuits in the morning and normally intervals at night.

The bodyweight manual is very challenging to me, i have a lot of bodyweight to move around so i'm taking that negative and using it in a postivie way.

I love the bodyweight program, it's helping me reach my goals, what's not to like. The phases offer a good progression too.

Now you've started, you're on your way to greatness.

Did New 5 sets of 5 from HWR.

It was killer, but i loved it. Looking through the manuals for more workouts to do.

Will be sure to do tis workout again.

The videos were a huge help and avoid any fiddling with interval timers.

Bodyweight Manual Prep phase Workout B

Circuit x 3
1) Bodyweight Squat – 8 repetitions
2) Kneeling or Regular Pushup – 1 less than the maximum number of reps you can do
3) Plank – 30 second hold
4) 1-Leg Hip Extension – 8 repetitions per side
5) Side Plank – 10 second hold per side
6) Wall Squat Hold – 45 seconds (managed 30 s in each set)
7) Ab Curl Up – 10 repetitions
8) Bird Dog – 5 repetitions per side
9) Stick-up – 10 repetitions
• Rest 1 minute before repeating the circuit up to 2 more times.

felt tired but awesome after completing third circuit. Downloaded teh video for the 30/15 bodyweight circuit to do after work.

Another weekend and another Amber warning for snow across Scotland. Hoping if it does decide to snow, it holds off till i'm home from work.

It's Burns night tonight, so an evening of poetry and haggis for me.

Have a great weekend.

I live in Bellshill, near Motherwell. Us central belt folk get bad weather but never severe. Aberdeen does look to have been getting it pretty bad. We've been getting slush mainly, not even lying on the ground.

Hope you and your family stay safe while the snow is on. With you doing bodyweight workouts you dont have to leave the house to work out.

Warrior abs level 1 medium workout.
TT HWR 30/15 5 of 5 workout

Although i was totally spent afterwards, i feel a lot more mobile and flexible after completing the tt 30/15 workout. The total body extensions, and the prisoner aspects of a lot of the lower body moves really gives me a stretch which is great for a desk jockey.

Hope everyone has a great weekend and keeps on transforming.
