Bodyweight Manual Prep Phase Workout C
Circuit x 3
1) T-Squat – 10 repetitions
2) Jumping Jacks – 30 repetitions
3) Step-ups – 10 repetitions per side
4) Kneeling Elevated Pushup – 6 repetitions per side
5) Split Squat – 8 repetitions per side
6) Spiderman Climb – 6 repetitions per side
7) Side Plank – 15 seconds per side
8) Plank – 45 second hold
• Rest 1 minute before repeating the circuit up to 2 more times.

Plank are certainly a lot more difficult now i've learned to engage the abs properly.

Uploaded my day 1 photo and a photo of my daughter from this morning. i told her i was doing my exercises and she went and put on my trainers. inspiring her already.

Didnt get the intensity i would have liked, darcy was getting involved in my workout, but i finished the 3 sets.

Cheers, i've only done 2 workouts so far but i'm encouraged. the progression is built into the program with the levels 1-11. The videos i've watched so far are very good, and I appreciate he took the time to explain how to get the ab contraction, which i've never been able to really get. Probably hard to find the abs under all my fat.

What you get is a link to a download page with a small pdf and 12 videos, introduction and a video for each level. I didnt opt for any additional options at point of sale.

My plan is to do them on the light exercise days.

Light exercise day

warrior abs level 1 hard workout

Still need to work on acheiving the contraction and stability in the abs, but can feel it working.

Bodyweight finisher Too many jacks

Learning to jump rope too, a lot harder for me than i thought. If Rocky did it, i can do it.

Yo Adrian!

Took a couple of 30 min walks during work today too.

Been looking at the new tt home revolution videos, looks good. Will have a look at the manuals and videos and see how to incorporate into my workouts.

Bodyweight Manual Prep Phase Workout A
Circuit
1) 2-Leg Hip Extension – 12 repetitions
2) Kneeling Plank – 30 second hold
3) Kneeling Pushup – 10 repetitions
4) Stick-up – 8 repetitions
5) Stability Ball Leg Curl – 12 repetitions
6) Kneeling Side Plank – 10 second hold per side
7) Stability Ball Hip Extension – 10 repetitions
8) Stability Ball Squat – 12 repetitions
• Rest 1 minute before repeating the circuit up to 2 more times.

Great way to warm up on a cold morning. Looking through the Home workout revolution manual to chose a bodyweight circuit to complete tonight. Workout #1 looks like a real challenge.

Hey bud , Im away to start phase 1 of the bodyweight manual. Im kinda now in the thinking that if I cant at least use my bodyweight effectively I have no business adding weights until I can.(Hope that makes sense.)

Anyway how you liking the program overall?

Keep up the good work.

Starting to feel good too, i'm like a kid in a candy store just now with the release of the Home Workout Revolution. To be honest a little intimidated by some of the supersets, the 5 sets of 5 looks hard, due to 5 sets of different exercises rather than repetition of a circuit.

We're not here to be comfortable though.

RobB you're an inspiration as always, thanks for dropping by.
