Default 3rd time round

Hi everyone getting ready to start this challenge. This is my 3rd attempt. 7 weeks seems to be my best run so far but determined to take control of my fitness and nutrition and make this a massive year all round.

Good Luck to everyone in there challenges and goals.

Hey Tictac, it took me three tries to finish and good ole' Waleed had to go 15 times before he finished. Just don't give up. Learn each time you "fail" and keep going.

All the best.

Thanks for the encouragement.

I find the more involved I am posting workouts etc the easier I find it to keep going.

Made a start to my challenge with a 40 min boxing session.

Took my pics last night and they made grim viewing but in 84 days they should show a massive improvement.

Thanks for the feedback in my thread.

What helped me to finally finish was putting a detailed plan together. What programs I was going to do. What I was eating for the week, then shop for those meals etc. then, once the plan was together, using the 80/20 rule.

If you have a bad, don't sweat it, reach out and share your struggles. There are a lot of great people on here to encourage you. A great example is Rob, he's been on this forum since 1912.

Last week ending up going all wrong ending up with a 2 day migraine and never got on track.

On the positive side instead of feeling all depressed about what I haven't done Im looking forward and away to turn the negatives into a positives and make this my best challenge and start achieving some goals.
