Good off day. Did 30 minutes on the exercise bike. Was hoping for a lot of snow, but only got a dusting.

I was hoping for enough that I could get some cross country skiing in. We were supposed to have lake effect snow, but it missed up entirely.

Good weigh in day. Lost another 2 pounds. Nice decrease in measurements as well. The last contest I tried by this point my knee became a problem, but now that it is fixed, all seems well. My goal for this week is to stick with my eating plan every day, unlike last week where I had to days where I went way over the calories I intended to eat.

Well done on those pounds and measurements. Amazing what we can achieve when our knees don't hurt.

This week I'm focusing on making every day count as well. I think it will pay off nicely.

I am working on the Mens Health 8 Hour Diet. All of your eating is done in an 8 hour period or less. On day 5...........so I skip breakfast and start eating at lunch. Easy to do, but hard to comprehend, as Mom and many have always said ..."breakfast is the most important meal of the day". It seems I am more hungry if I eat breakfast.........so, maybe this will work..........

Rest day activity 30 minutes of skating. I was at an outdoor rink, and it was bitterly cold. Fun though.
