Default Too much

...Food. It is as simple as that.
My BMR (http://www.ttfatloss.com/formula-cal...etabolic-rate/) is 1279. That is not a lot of calories. I will choose wiser. I will weigh 125. I am 132 now. I have measurements that I will add later. 84 days to loose 7 lbs. On the journey I will strive to loose that gut under my waist, pictured below.
I will be using Chris Lopez's KB Revolution 2.0. I haven't been using KB's consistently for quite a while. Looking forward to it. Pictures from 1.6.13, my start date.

Monday 1.7
There is a 4 week prep phase in CL's KBR 2.0. I will probably only do it for one week. Very basic practice that I have done. I waiting to hear from CL to see if I can list his program here. In short it was:
squats, waiters bow, inch worm, bird dog, KB deadlift.
Tuesday 1.8
Core test-plank, side plank, hip bridge. Should be able to make time on all by Friday.

Concetta, thanks for the link. Wow, I have been so focused on bench presses not realizing I'm better off simply doing push ups.

All the best reaching your goals in TC16. You look great already but good on you for reaching higher.

Prep phase- Workout C

Day 4 - Workout C
1a) Push-Ups (3 x 10)
1b) Bodyweight Reverse Lunges (3 x 10 per side)
-rest 60s before repeating 1a-rested 30s
-complete for 3 TOTAL supersets
2a) Cross Crawl (2 x 30s)
2b) Cook Hip Lift (2 x 15-20 per leg)-20
-rest 60s before repeating 2a-rested 30s
-complete for 3 TOTAL supersets
3) 2-Arm KB Deadlift (4 x 5)-24kg
-rest 60s between sets-rested15s
Received permission from Chris Lopez to post my workouts. Join the kettlebell revolution! Very basic prep phase, added a Mikey finisher.
Ladder down 6-5-4-3-2-1 reps
Jump squat
Mt climber
Jumping jacks

Test to progress to Phase 1
1) Plank < 3 minutes
2a) Side Plank on LEFT < 2 minutes
2b) Side Plank on RIGHT < 2 minutes
3) Hip Bridge < 3 minutes
Completed all, going to start phase 1 on Monday. The fun begins.
