Default What goes around...

comes around.

Finishers the great equalizer! I was in my mind rocking the Intermediate B work out today then proceeded to hold my own with 6 minute Abs, but then from out of nowhere came this big ripped dude(Metabolic finisher group B) with a 2 x4 to beat my butt back to reality. Thank you sir may I have another. If it does not kill me it sure must be ripping the fat from my sole because I feel better now.

Have a great safe day all.

James

Smile Breaking News!!!!

First off thanks to all of you have read my updates and offered your advice and encouragement.

Now to the good stuff.

I am Now under 200LBS for the first time in 2 ˝ years. 5 Weeks ago yesterday I began this transformation journey as a plump 226.2 Lb obese(BMI) human waiting for life to happen. Today I sit here typing as a 197.8 Lb overweight(BMI) machine driving hard after my goals. I had no Idea 28.4 Lbs would have such a profound effect on my life in general. I knew it would physically improve me. Oh man it is crazy I feel like I am 22 again minus the all night partying and classes all day, but energy wise I am off the charts and let me tell you it feels great. Don’t be fooled it has not all been roses and sunshine these past five weeks twice now I have tripped over my calorie threshold and felt all out of sorts. Fortunately I was paying close attention and was able to make quick remedy with some yummy healthy dishes. I don’t have a whole lot to say but I do want to sing it from the roof tops SO HERE IT GOES…” I’M 197 POUNDS!!!! 28 LBS LOST IN 5 WEEKS.”

James

And one more thing 175 here I come!

It was an early stet today 4:30am. Week six ends tomorrow on a non workout day. So I guess I can say I have just completed week 6 of 12. I web into today's workout with a bit of a twinge in my lower back but with only a minor substitution or two I got through it. I think I had a break through last week with regards to TT style workouts...they used to have this frantic rush feel switching between exercises...now the last 2 w/o's have had an almost calm to them, yet still I still resemble a wet dog when I'm done.

Anyway that's this weeks update. I'm taking picture for the week sixer tomorrow and will post them with essay tomorrow afternoon.

Have a great day,

James

How wonderful James. Your hard work and dedication has paid off big time! I'm sure the next 6 weeks will be just as successful. GO! Concetta
