Today was a pretty good day.

My daughter is using her Jedi mind tricks on me. Instead of asking for yellow straw with her glass of milk, she says to me, "You will give me a yellow straw."


Today's Workout:

TT Metabolic Resistance Training, Workout A

Superset #1
BB split squat (65lbs) 3x8ea
Underhand inverted row (BW) 3x10

Superset #2
DB 1-arm push press (20lbs) 3x8ea
DB offset reverse lunge from deficit (20lbs) 3x12ea

Set #3
DB High Pull (20lbs) 3x8ea
SB roll out (BW) 3x12
Decline CG push up (BW) 3x10
Cable chop (50/50/60lbs) 3x15ea

Set #4
BW squat - 20 secs/10 sec rest x 8

Hey hey Abby, Let's help Craig hit that 500 pounds lost number. I'm back on the wagon myself. My husband says that sometimes you have to get off the wagon and give it a push. Now get your daughter to use her jedi mind to make you reach your goal. Transform body you will!

Hi.. That MRT workout is a killer.. I might attempt that one again next year and see if I can get close to the required reps. Go for it..
