Granddaughter told me that twice, about 2 weeks apart. To tell you the truth, it kinda aggravated me.....I guess when you are 9 years old and skinny as a rail, ol Grandpa would be floppy..........

I can see how it would aggravate. It probably would me too especially knowing that you work so hard. Well, you are no grandpa that I have ever seen, LOL

I have a 9 year old, it seems tact escapes them at this age.

WEDNESDAY
Sept 7.

Yesterday:
No refined sugar-GOOD (Day 38 for that! A PR for me).Healthy after dinner meals if any at all - None ( chew the daylights out of the sugarless gum though )
Eat at table only-OKTry to maintain 2247 cal limit - (2395) - 148

Wife fixed "Bubba burgers" for evening dinner. Had 2 and looked at the box later.........YIKES....420 apiece and I had buns with them..........ouch

Great job, Rob, especially the part about the refined sugar. I know that's been a problem for me in the past, so I'm trying to reduce my sugar consumption as well.

Good work, keep it up.

Great job on the 38 days without refined sugar! Thats fantastic!

And like others have said, you don't look floppy at all!
