GOALS & STRATEGIES:

LONG TERM GOALS:
1. Stay in shape for my employment
2. Stay in shape for my family and ME
3. Body Fat % <10%........currently 12.5%

SHORT TERM GOALS:
1. Banish my belly fat
2. Rehab my leg muscle
3. Cure my addiction to SUGAR

STRATEGIES/additional GOALS:
1. No refined sugar
2. Healthy after dinner meals if any at all
3. East more slowly
4. Eat at table only
5. Try to maintain 2247 cal limit

Welcome back and hope you escape the floppy. Great work so far on going from 236 to 158. That's incredible, especially since you're over 25.

All the best!!

Rob, you have a body that a lot of men 30 years younger would be proud to have. All the best with the transformation.

You already know all this stuff but just keep in mind that sometimes you may not see changes happening (especially at your level of body fat) but they are definitely going on in the background and one day, you bust through that plateau.

Stay strong!

Woo! A TT legend is entering the fray

Good luck meeting your goals - although you certainly don't look wobbly in those photos!
