Yoga=Satyananda. I was referred by a physio back in 92' when I injured my neck. I was lucky to find the Satyananda mob because the teachers are so dedicated. And I was lucky to have gone to such a hip physio too for that matter...An iridologist told me about 5 or 6 years later that if I hadn't gone yoga to fix my posture hence my neck I would have been a migraine sufferer for the rest of life..it turns out so much more has come from it than fixing the neck.. some of the teachers said the physical benefits from Yoga are the side effects..

Ok... daily goals for Monday.

NO liquid donuts ( aka beer ) ..
DO workout
Make sure all meals are healthy and not too big.
Get in the garden
Drink lots of water.

I took a slide during August which I was expecting. It's Ok..I can live with it. I just need to get to work now and get on track. No time for the scenic route..I think I need to get on that freeway...express lane...no tolls.

Ok.. I have to do the daily goal thing to make sure I get on this highway.Today all went as planned and I'm so happy to have spent time in the garden to get some winter veggie action happening..

Tomorrow's goals..
1.Resist the temptation to do a workout. I have to give the body a rest day. Some gentle stretches will be the go.
2. Keep to the eat healthy not too much NO liquid donuts plan.
3. Get in a bike ride with my kids with a swim in the creek.
