Default Slow carb diet

For about four weeks, I used the Cheat Your Way Thin system together with ESE twice a week. It did get tough sometimes but I was losing weight at a rate of 2 lbs a week. In the last week, I've gone to a more relaxed version of that using the Slow Carb Diet (http://www.fourhourworkweek.com/blog...-any-exercise/) so no more fasting and I now introduce legumes (lentils, kidney beans, etc.) into the meals. My cheat day is Saturday and I eat as much as I like of whatever I want.

I now weigh slightly less than on the morning of my cheat day and am interested to see where this more relaxed path takes me.

Just a slight change, I've thrown in a twice weekly ESE fast into the mix.

Default TC 11 Plan - keep it simple

Current plan for TC 11 - ALL FEEDBACK APPRECIATED. I'm around 23-25% bodyfat with a goal to lose around 20-24 lbs during TC 11. (I lost 36 lbs during TC 9).

Working on a meal plan that I'll eat 4 out of 7 days each week between 1,800 and 2,000 calories, which is a pretty good deficit for me (6'3" and around 222 lbs). I may tweak my "menu" a bit every two weeks to decrease the monotony. Two days a week, eat around 2,500-2,600. ESE or low cal day on the last day. Should average out to around 7,000 calorie deficit per week factoring in working out 5 days a week.

Perhaps:

Mon - 2,000
Tue - 2,000
Wed - 2,500
Thu - 2,000
Fri - 2,000
Sat - 2,500
Sun - 1,000 (ESE/low cal)

Total of 14,000 calories vs. an average of 3,000/day needed (total of 21,000 needed for maintenance). Deficit of 7,000 or approx two pounds lost per week.

Will try to stay between 40/30/30 macronutient ratio and 33/33/33. A bit more carbs on my harder workout days. Try to keep grains after workout / earlier in the day. Other than that, limit carbs to fruit and veggies.

Make it a great day!

Terry
