Lost the battle with the cold, but won the war. I was sick but not for long. Have been doing morning BW workouts and warm-ups but no training since Thurs. I did participate in a mud run Sat night. It was awesome! I was sore for two days but worth it. I am going to train today. Although I have not been able to train I have been keeping up with diet.

It was 3 miles, a lot of obstacles: wall climbs, rope climbs, over walls, under walls, over fences, through an ice puddle, up and down mud hills through mud holes, up over and down cargo net, over drainage pipes, and a slide. I’m sure I am missing some, but it was fun. First night one I have done.
