Default Day 80: 7-21-13

I have a bit of catching up to do here.

First off, I'm finally feeling better. Back into my routine again.

Even through the sickness I was able to eat well, if maybe not enough in reality.

7-17 I did TT for buff dudes and hot chicks workout B.

1a - Pull up x 8
1b - DB incline press

2a - Db chest supported row - 10
2b - Db incline press - 12

3a - DB 1 arm shoulder press - 10
3b - Db shrug - 12

4a - Db curl with palms up - 10
4b - Decline close grip push ups - max reps (20,15,15)

All supersets were done 3x.

I did Mike Whitfields lower body finisher #4 Jumpin and burnin'
Box jumps 6...1
Spiderman Climb 6/side...1/side
Prisoner Jump Squats 6...1
TRX fallout 6...1

Good workout, I skipped the intervals in favor of a finisher.

Friday I walked fields with one of my salesmen, so I counted that as my activity. Corn is tasseling and pollen falling, so its a fun time in the growing season.

Saturday 7-20 I did TT buff dudes and hot chicks workout C:

1a - Db reverse lunge - 12
1b - Stability ball jackknife - 20

2a - DB RDL - 10
2b - Elevated push ups - 12/side

3a - DB row - 15/ side
3b - Stability ball leg curl - 20

No rest in between sets and 3 sets each.

Timed intervals:

Bodyweight squats 20 sec on 10 in bottom position x 8 rounds
Pushups 20 on 10 in top position hold x 4 rounds
Plank 20 on 10 in side plank alternating x 8 rounds.

Finished with static stretching.

This gets me current. My diet has been pretty clean all in all. When I'm home we cook well for ourselves. When I'm on the road I do the best I can and always have fruit and vegetables with me. I've started carrying some biotrust protein bars which really help for a snack or meal replacement.

I only have a few more days and I will be on the road for the first couple days and I will do TRX workouts in my hotel.

Great work, you are kicking butt again if you can do a finisher on top of workout B. Keep on pushing!
