Without a doubt, the best way to maintain a TT figure is to help someone else get one. The fat release conundrum seems so complicated, and so many people would rather argue about why it won't work than try it. Sometimes I get frustrated over the worn out techniques that people are still using or teaching to promote fitness, but the only solution is to do what works with as many people as I can get to join me, and let the results speak for themselves.
