The title is a little over dramatic but I'm seriously excited about the next round of competition. I'm in fairly decent condition now, but I want this to be the year when I take it to a new level. These contests are a great way to get started and stay motivated. I think the Turbulence workouts can really help me to improve what I've started with.
I'm 39 years, 172lbs, 31 waist and about 14% bf. It would be awesome to nudge the bf% closer to 10 and keep the weight the same. That might be expecting too much. I suppose I'll find out soon enough.
