![]() I submitted my entry online for this contest last week, but I was not planning to start my 12 week journey until Monday, January 11th. Is that ok since I entered on or around the 2nd of January? I have been out of town and knew I would not be able to be as focused as I needed to be.
Do I just take my before picture on Monday and begin tracking my workouts? I hope I haven't messed this up already!! lol Thanks in advance for any advice or help! Amy |

I also did the 6th contest and it was good but would have been a lot better if I had not had to suffer, after about 14 weeks, two bouts of severe hip pain in the space of 10 days. I bought the book "The 7- day back pain cure" and i have an inversion table on order; I have had 3 deep tissue massages to get rid of some of the knots in my back. In the 6th Transformation contest I had started the 2K3 Workout before my problems arose. I am ready to start again what would you suggest I do first? Bruce |

![]() I know I'm showing my ignorance, but how do you submit an entry? I'm new to all of this but it's time I did something about my weight. I also need to be accountable. This TTC#7 looks like the way I can do it. In the morning I'll get a newspaper, take pictures and write down measurements. I've got to lose 25lbs, and I figure this will be a great start. Thanks for having this contest.
