I may have said this in previous posts but here we go again -

Set some realistic goals. Realistic goals are easier to achieve. Set them one day at a time, a week at a time...but set some goals.

Don't forget to eat. Nutrition is 90% of the game. It's going to take consistency.

It's ok to lose weight...that's what we all want here which is why we joined. But it's always good to look healthy enough at the same time.

Dont complicate things! Again, simplify your goals and just go get em done.

Try to drop the junk food if you can. We know you can!

Treat yourself for all the hardwork you put in the week. How you want to do that is really up to you. But set yourself up for a well deserved treat at the end of each week for 12 weeks. Helps you mentally to "stay in the game"...but it's back to work come Monday.

Take measurements.

Again...get a good nutritional plan started. That never fails in the fat loss game.

Get your support over here at the forums. Read other's TT journals who have been successful and you'll learn a hell of alot of good strategies they use.
