down to 155, however, last week could only complete 2 of 4 workouts. My daughter came down with Fifths Disease (fever and a rash) and put her out of commission for almost a week and still lingering and it wound up on me. I've had a fever and on days I was supposed to workout I just wanted to sleep. So I did.

Still have some lingering fever, now the difficulty of alloting time for the workouts comes in. Hectic with scheduling.

Reason for weight loss - I didn't eat much. I simply haven't been hungry with the fever i got. Slowly eating more as I get back to 100%. Yesterday was smoothie and Dinner of chicken thighs, peas carrots, strawberries, potato mix.

Get well soon, and back on track, and stay focused.

You can do it!

still down about 4 pounds, diet is ok. Focusing on real food. Had 2 take almost 2 weeks off because of flu, scheduling. Ready to get back it this weekend.

quick update, well I've had to rest up for a bit. With my daughter having fifths disease then pnemonia, and now my youngest getting cold it was only time before I got sick again. I did. Fever chills, etc.

Out of commission the last 2 days. Did make it to gym on Wednesday but hurt my toe somehow, bruise on it and can't put hardly any pressure on big toe. Hence no workouts today and it worsens as I wear shoes because it applies pressure when I walk.

oh well, this contest may not be best transformation for me since will likely only have worked out 8 of the 12 weeks.

That being said time to really focus on the diet.

Eat real foods, get well and change the focus from workout to diet.

out of commission this week as it turns out my big toe got infected.

Not a good idea to go to gym with an infected toe.

Time to double down on diet. Could be the recipe I needed.

Given how I have been off working out for almost a month. well sporadic at best.

What's the best workout to start with now. I think my toe will be healed by Sunday and ready to begin again. I am anxious.

Total body banger?
