6:30 - 1 egg, 4 oz egg white, spinach, 1 oz lowfat cheese 10:00 - 1 oz raw almonds, daikon radish 1:00 - 4 oz (raw weight) 96% lean ground beef, 1/2 cup tomato sauce, 1/2 cup white beans, yellow squash, green chiles *30 min. walk at lunch 5:15 - 1.5 TJ's chile chicken lime burgers, green beans, 1/2 ear corn 8:00 - tea w/half & half, 7 oz 2% greek yogurt w/honey, large peach, lots of grapes, 4 pappadams (garbanzo crackers - 80 cal total) Multivitamin, 5000 IU Vitamin D, 7 tsp fish oil Good day although I probably should have done something more active this evening. Read and snacked, but kept it to healthy snacks, fairly low calorie. Going hiking tomorrow morning.

7:30 - 1 egg, 4 oz egg white, spinach, 1 oz lowfat cheese; banana *2 hour hike - 4 miles (plus walking to trailhead), 1,100 feet 11:00 - very small handful dried fruit & sunflower seeds on hike 12:30 - salad w/dressing on the side, 1/2 roll w/butter, 4-5 pieces small fried calamari, meatball sandwich w/sauce 5:45 - 1/2 cup edamame, 1 ear corn, green beans & onion; 1.5 oz cheese 9:00 - tea w/half & half, 7 oz 2% greek yogurt w/honey, large peach, grapes, 4 pappadams (garbanzo crackers - 80 cal total) Multivitamin, 5000 IU Vitamin D, 7 tsp fish oil We had a great hike and lunch with an old friend and her new boyfriend. We went to Rattlesnake Ledge, which is one of many hiking trails just east of Seattle. No rattlesnakes, not sure why it's named that. It was a foggy morning, so not much view, but the fog was pretty too. Had the same snacks tonight as last night, except less grapes. I almost made popcorn too, but decided I wasn't at all hungry and wouldn't be able to keep my eyes open anyway. Think I'm going to have my usual breakfast tomorrow, then take a little trip to Whole Foods (there goes my birthday money.... ![]() ![]()
