I didn't post any pics from TT contest #22
I am still plugging away. I am down 5 pounds from Jan 1 st
2 inches from the waist and 1 inch from the hips. The rest of the measurements are the same.

Two big lessons I have learned from this round:
1. If I do not control my stress levels I will not continue to progress.

I made the observation that my stress levels were off the chart. So much so that in October my skin broke out in rash. Many doctor appointments later all we could figure is I was either allergic to something or it was stress. Knowing my life I knew the answer. I decided I needed to start meditating and doing more yoga for stress relief. I attended a yoga class this morning. I plan to take the 8 am yoga class every Tuesday and Thursday.

2. My digestive issues are keeping me stuck as well.

I have made a lot of progress on the foods. I am still learning but very determined to figure my GI issues out.

I will continue to work on these two things and I feel all the rest will fall into place.

Guided meditation programs may be your answer. You listen to music and sounds meant to put the brain in a higher/more optimal state. It's a good way to start a meditation practice.

I do have a few of the guided meditations as well as some binaural beats on my laptop. I was actually meditating on a regular basis about 2 years ago using resources like that. I am not sure why I stopped....but I do need to get back into the habit of it I like the mp3's but sometimes I just prefer a quiet meditation. I think it's great that I am starting yoga,too. It forces me to slow down and breathe.

I just found an audiobook at the local library (free download online) for learning self-hypnosis - sort of the same as meditation. They both get you veery relaxed. I'm using it at 3 am when I am wide awake and frustrated by not being able to sleep, and so far it has been working.

You will find the answer if you just keep persistently looking...
