Hey mate. Back is on the mend. Still niggling a little bit but I'm able to train at 100% intensity regardless. I'm giving the heavy lifting a rest for a while though and focusing on bodyweight training with the addition of my new 20kg vest.
I will start lifting heavier in the new year. Although having said that I've got my sights set on a Strongfirst Level 1 certification in the new year so might have a chat with Mr Lopez about getting a program that will prepare me for this.
