Default The Week Off

This week off is more difficult than anything else! It's raining today, so I can't really run outside. I'm going to go do some torso training and then go through my shoulder rehabilitation circuit. It's soooo tempting to just add in some Superchargerz stuff, maybe a complex. But I know my shoulders and elbows, especially, need a break.

I'm looking forward to this next stage. I anticipate that over the next twelve weeks I will end up even more lean. The last six weeks didn't show much change in terms of leanness, but my waist size dropped another 1.5" and I am stronger. I think the slow, steady "body recomposition", as Berkhan puts it, will start to show its effects over the next period.

It's been a blast! I'm going to try to post my workouts to the Workout Journal board.

Its hard taking a week off. I'm taking a whole week off although I'm still dieting after celebrating the end of the contest over the weekend. I'm finding it hard to rest, but it is really really needed after 13 weeks of busting my balls!!!

Looking forward to reading your new journal.
Be your best and be better.
