Smile Last Push to the Beginning

I'm going to join this challenge. I can't help myself. I will take pictures tomorrow morning and finish on Nov. 21st. My beginning stats are below.(I will adjust weight tomorrow if needed as I am fasting today.
Name-Leslie(but my friends call me Leslie)(my sister calls me Lester)
Age-42
Weight-128
Waist-27.5(according to the Dr.)(what does he know)
Hips-35.75
Chest-33(his idea of where the chest is and mine differed, we'll go with his)
Shoulders-I'll get this measurement tonight
Thighs-19.75
Bicep-10.5
Calve-13.5
Neck-11.75
Wrist-5.5?(he measured that so I'll include it)

Body Fat-24.54(I will have it re-measured in 12 weeks)
BMI-22.23

Body Goals:
Body Fat of 18% or less w/ visible ab muscles and more definition in arms
Weight-?? The Dr. said my ideal weight is 120, so we'll shoot for that

Personal Development Goals:
Complete NASM studies and pass test
Create and Follow a daily schedule for my day

Character Goals:
Fully Listen to people when they are speaking to me
Stop judging people so harshly and just care for people

Fun Goal:Practice Tin Whistle 30 minutes everyday.

For the 1st 4 Weeks I will be using:
TT Extreme Fat Loss 3.0
14 Day Rapid Fat Loss
ESE (2X/week on deplete days)

Today is day one for the actual diet. I took the weekend off from thinking about carb grams and stuff. I'm fasting today and then will eat some grilled yummies. I got a walk in this morning. My new schedule goes into effect tomorrow when I have the house to myself again. I am playing a mean Mary Had a Little Lamb on my tin whistle these days.

I just wrote down workout A of Extreme Fat Loss 3.0. Sa-weet home alabama. I might need to call a cab to get me home. I asked for a booty and I think I might get myself a booty with this one! If I don't report back, I died. Actually I can feel my booty, but it's still incased in a couple inches of fat. This right here might be the solution!

I can hear your butt, or perhaps what I hear are my triceps after this morning's Bodyweight 300 workout?

Thanks Kathleen! I'm not as sore today as I expected to be yesterday! Good for you getting up so early to workout! I've just started getting up earlier this week.(not to workout though!)

It was nice to "meet" you on your thread. We did the DC thing in the late 90's. We've just put in our "dream sheet"(my husband is in the coast guard). We put a lot of west coast jobs.(also..CO, LA, and CT) We didn't put any DC jobs. That traffic is something else! We'll know by DEC. where we are headed. Have a great day! Leslie

The schedule was wonky today because I got up 1/2 an hour late and I had a vet appt. in the morning.

I did get an hour of studying and my workout in. It was doozy. I'll post in my workout journal tomorrow.(at my regularly scheduled computer time!)

I ate all good food today, but maybe too much of it. I'll be fasting tomorrow. The scale weight has gone down a little each day.

No tin whistle today. I'm not sure I could lift my arms that high anyway!

I've been concentrating more on actively listening to people and not allowing my mind to wander.





P.S. Can someone please teach me to make smiley faces within the text?

P.P.S. The Extreme Fat Loss 3.0 came at the perfect time. I wanted to get up early, which means going to bed early. I can hardly keep my eyes open. I am bushed.
