Default A Summit to reach....

I was a total disappointment last contest. A goal of mine has been to be able to go to my closet and pick out anything to wear because it FITS. I was there a while ago, but I am not now. Getting back to that is my goal for #24. When I do that, I will win the Pro division which will get me to the 2016 TT Summit.
Start date was 9.5, finishing 11.27. Pics taken will post soon. Still choosing a program.
Tuesday 9.8 Day 4/84

Mike Whitfields Labor Day Madness 6 X 6 Circuit
Do the following circuit 6 times, resting for 1 minute between circuits.
Bulgarian Split Squat (6/side) 16lb goblet
DB Row (6/side) 16kg
DB Incline Chest Press (6) 30s
Lunge Jumps (6/side) subbed with 12 TBX
DB Chop (6/side) 16lb
1-Arm KB or DB Swings (6/side) 16kg

Wednesday 9.9 Day 5/84

Mike Whitfield:
BW squat-30s
Plank w/1 arm reach-15s/ea
PR reverse lunge-30s/ea
Slow mtn climbers-30s
30s rest-6x
24kg KB swings-20-5x
Sat down to dinner with Sparkpeople to track my calories yesterday Ended with 1115. Tracks fat and carbs which I won't bore you with. Little low but fat was high.
Fasting today except for 100 calorie Starbucks drink.
Will have to edit every day to post previous days calories.
Wednesday- @1000

33" waist
39" hips
33" chest
17" shoulders
21" thigh
Looked at pics from 4 years ago. Did not have the extra layer of fat. And that gut. Yuk. Must be removed.

Men should use a 16-20kg; ladies 8-12kg.
One arm swing x 30 seconds (R)

One arm clean x 30 seconds (L)
One arm snatch x 30 seconds (R)
One arm snatch x 30 seconds (L)
One arm press x 30 seconds (R)
One arm press x 30 seconds (L)
One arm push press x 30 seconds (R)
One arm push press x 30 seconds (L)
Reverse lunge x 30 seconds (R)
Reverse lunge x 30 seconds (L)
Single arm squat x 30 seconds (R)

I used 12kg-1x
Around 1000 calories. Quite interesting to track as I eat. As I get closer to total, have to make better choices.
