Good Morning. This is my first challenge too. The forum is very motivating and if you stick to the TT workout and a sensible eating plan you should see some awesome results.

Good Luck
Tictac

My short term goals:

1. Lose 50 lb - Weight at begining of contest was 297.
2. Perform 20 Push up - I can't do as many as i'd like
3. Perfrom 1st Pull up -I want to be able to do a lot more

Goal 1 will certainly feed 2 and 3, looking to reduce weight and increase strength.

I'm currently in the Prep phase of the bodyweight manual, on Day 6 currently.

Ambitious goals but not impossible. It's good to push yourself a but harder sometimes.

Good luck!

It might help you for short term goals, to lose 8-10 lbs, in say, a month, rather than just "50" pounds. and/or 10 pushups by the end of next month. Not trying to tell you what to do, here, but I think I would make those long term goals and more "manageable" ones for a shorter term. Gives you a deadline and something to work towards that is easier than the main goal.....just a thought, anyway......Welcome to the fray and Good Luck!!!..Rob
