![]() I'm starting with "Before" pictures tomorrow, and giving it all I've got. Walking the TT walk and setting a great example for my students and Freedom Fans.
It turns out that the best way to keep fat off for good is to keep improving. One thing that the training profession knows for sure is that progression is key. For me that means more pushups and pull ups, and leaner legs at last. I'm going looking for my training programs right now, but I wouldn't mind suggestions! |

![]() I highly recommend Meatheads 100 rep challenge. I used it last competition and got fantastic results. It's a really enjoyable program.
Another one would be Grindhouse. I didn't like the look of it on paper (well I was unsure about it anyway) but it proved to be a standout program for me. |

![]() Catherine, having just finished Kate Vidulich's 21 day rapid results plan, I can tell you that it works your legs like crazy. Lactic acid workouts are great. Good luck in #19. Concetta

![]() I love this idea:
"His approach is grounded in physics, on the premise that low man wins on contact, that to get low requires mobility and stability and the ability to apply force in the opposite direction. His players bench press, but he cares more about how they lift — with hands closer together, without bouncing the bar off their chests — than how much. He wants them to bend all the way down when they squat." Check out the whole article on Stanford's Strength and Conditioning Coach Here: http://www.nytimes.com/2013/12/31/sp...ngth.html?_r=0 |
