Good to hear from you again - it sounds like your nutrition is clicking right now. Good luck with the rest of the journey!

Nutrition is key, it will bring back the energy you need for those workouts!

We will see how that goes. I have been riding, too.... I am still dead tired in the mornings so I am hoping to get to a point where waking up at the same time every day isn't killing me. I am trying, but I am often hitting snooze, which is no good. On the plus side, I am finally craving healthy foods again instead of junk, yay!

Made black bean soup last night so that's what's for lunch and dinner today.

xoxo keep at it, guys, we got this!
Hi Rachel, the black bean soup sounds good. How do you make it? I've been cooking myself, made a chicken and bean soup if you want to switch recipes!

Good luck with the nutrition and workouts.

Default Recipe

Tom asked about my recipe... I use this as my base:

http://www.simplyrecipes.com/recipes...y_black_beans/

and then I add some chicken broth, carrots and other veggies to taste- I have also added other beans in the past. Loooove it.

Thanks for checking in Craig!

Things are going great, hit my 3/3 workouts this week and my diet has been really good. I am feeling stronger again which is amazing. I am looking at one more week of the TT 2.0 beginner workout and then I am moving on to the intermediate. I see that this manual references videos- is that something I have access to? In the intermediate workout there are some exercises I haven't done in a long time, and I think one or two I haven't done before. I want to be sure I am doing them right when I get there, and there aren't directions in this manual as there were previously. Video instruction, very cool CB

While we are on the techno talk, any aspirations to build a TT app? or is there one and I'm way behind on the news? lol

I slept in today; my husband wasn't home last night and I had trouble falling asleep. I guess I'd better get used to that though because come October we are going to be spending a lot of time apart That means that I ate late so only 2 meals today. The first was great grains cereal with organic milk and mango chopped up in it. Yum! Mango is something I seriously crave the more I work out. Second meal tonight is more bean soup, trying to eat it up. Should have frozen some of it! haha. It's still cold out though so it's all good. This weekend is supposed to be warm again, yay! Other than that I have had water and 2 cups of tea today... about to be 3. I am trying to cut my coffee habit, so I am drinking more tea.

How is everyone else doing?
