Hey Thanks so much Mike..I really appreciate your advice. I found a depletion workout in the members area that is 2x a week 20 min workouts. Looks perfect. So I'll do 2x ride and 2x depletion.
I'm looking forward to growing my own buckwheat and using this as the flour for a pancake recipe too. There's so many better options than white flour..happy days
