Default LondonGirl's Transformation Log

Hello everyone,

I've been a member for a while but to be frank I've program-hopped, to no good result. After some medical treatment I am well up on my usual weight and not as fit as I was, and so I thought I'd take the opportunity of the contest to kind of 'start again' with fitness.

So, I'm starting the 'Beginner' program. It feels a little easy to me but I need to build my strength up again.

Starting stats:

5' 8"
140lbs
Waist 26
Chest 34
Hips 36

Starting date was 4th September. I am excited but also a bit scared. I may well put up my pictures later but I am not happy with them (obviously) so we'll see.

Looking forward to getting to know everyone!

London Girl, I posted this above....

Great that you are here!

First of all, do not program jump. Go to the last week, the last set and the last rep.....(even if you're getting tired of a certain program as I sometimes do)....and reads Craigs Important Tips for the Day, for extra motivation.......Good luck......you WILL do it...

PS. Follow Catherine (pageboy). She has wonderful insight and will help you keep going in the right direction.....Rob

Thanks John- I will follow the advice of the Jedi!

Today: TT Beginner Workout B and interval workout. This was great- I used heavier weights on the DB rows and a 15 on the step-ups and that really helped. I am loving these workouts- I feel refreshed and not worn out! I'm looking forward to progressing with them.

I'm also moving to two meals a day. I re-introduced breakfast but to be honest I don't feel hungry and it upsets my stomach so I'll try without it for a while.

Feeling good- I think these workouts are do-able but also there is so much progression I can achieve.

I think it helps that i have made it not an option to quit- it's just not going to happen. For me that is 90% of the battle- I have to commit to something totally for me to follow through.
