Instead of interval training tonight (my stationary bike is a little noisy to use while my daughter is in bed) i opted for some finishers.

Too Many Jacks followed by Prisoner sweat. I am done.

My morning workout kicked off well, started Phase 2 workout B. Got to the end of first circuit and vomitted. Stopped there, as felt awful. Will try to get the other 2 circuits completed tonight after work.

Circuit
1) Prisoner Squat – 12 repetitions
• No rest.
2) Jumping Jacks – 50 repetitions
• No rest.
3) X-Over Step-up – 10 repetitions per side
• No rest.
4) Plank– 60 second hold
• No rest.
5) Side Plank – 30 second hold per side
• No rest.
6) Pushup – 30 repetitions 15 full- dropped to knees to reach 30
• No rest.
7) Siff Squat – 25 repetitions Technique is gradually improving with these.
• No rest.
8) Stability Ball Jackknife – 12 repetitions Due to a relatively weak core i'm still finding these difficult
• No rest.
9) Mountain Climber – 15 repetitions per side
• No rest.
10) Assisited Chin-up – 10 repetitions

If I workout hard on an empty stomach in the morning usually have to stop half way through to dry heave. I started taking 1 scoop of protein when I wake up and now Ive ramped up the intensity with no problem or effect on my weight loss. Just about what works for the individual I suppose.

Love the bodyweight stuff

The puking continued, seems to have been a virus i picked up. Seem to be over it now so will get back to it.

Good tip on the protein.
