![]() I did this addiction challenge today and it was so much fun and so challenging! These are my results:
Chinups: 24 Close BW Squats: 188 CG Pushups: 46 Burpee Pullups (with pushup and jump on burpee): 15 Elevated Reverse Lunges: 83 SB JK: 59 SB Leg Curl: 65 BW Row: 40 Pushups: 67 Total = 587. I was hoping for 600 but maybe next time. Anyone else do this one lately? It's workout C of BW BB 2.0. |

![]() I liked the A and B workouts too. I thought the warmup was a little too long (I'm a fan of short warmups). I liked how both A & B had pullups/chinups in it, and I enjoyed the high rep exercises like the 3 sets of 25p walking lunges in B and the 15p high box step ups in A. My hamstrings were so sore after workout B (I'm still feeling it a bit today which is like 5 days later) from all the SL RDLs!

![]() I am in the end of 3rd week of TT Bodyweight Bodybuilding 2K10 and did the full challenge today. The first 2 times I did it I did just 2 minutes of each challenge exercise. Today I realize that I took a 2 minute rest between all of the exercises but directions call for 1 minute rest after SB Jackknife and SB Leg Curl
The challenge as follows Chin-Ups (3 min) 30 reps Close-Stance BW Sqts (5 min) 160 reps Close-Grip Pushups (3 min) 63 reps Burpee-Pullup combo (3 min) 16 reps Elevated Reverse Lunges (3 min) 68 reps (each leg counts a rep) SB Jackknife (3 min) 75 reps SB Leg Curl (3 min) 89 reps BW Rows (3 min) 55 Pushups (3 min) 68 Total Reps 624 I hope to try again next week but score may decline when I adjust the rest periods down to 1 minute falter Jackknife and Leg Curl. I really could feel my form begin to falter on the elevated reverse lunges during the last minute or so. It can be a near helpless feeling when you try to push some reps toward the end and muscles just "lock up". to me the associated A and B workouts are both challenging. Doing 25 walking lunges in workout B usually has me wobbling by the end. |

![]() domars1979, looks like a good increase to me. Also, I agree with your response post dated 7/22/13. My quads are really hurting today after all those squats in the challenge yesterday.

![]() My final workout of the BW 2K10 was 10/20/2013. I took a full 3 days off prior to this final challenge workout. Improved my overall challenge score. I still had about a 90 second break after SB Jackknife and SB Leg Curl due to a combination of resetting my GymBoss timer and getting equipment set up.
Chin-ups 31 Close stance BW squats 169 Close-grip pushups 68 Burpee-pullup 17 Elevated reverse lunge 80 SB jackknife 74 SB Leg curl 93 BW rows 53 Pushups 67 Total 652 I am going to take about a week break and do just some light workouts, stretching and balance training. This has been a tough one. |
