![]() Ok, this is my 3rd time entering a Transformation contest. The first 2 times I bailed and didn't send in my final results as I didn't think I had a chance.
Therefore, I am hereby giving all of you permission to hunt me down and beat me with a loaf of gluten-free bread if I don't finish this time. I'll post my starting weight, measurments etc soon. All the best to everyone doing TC14. Hope you all reach your goals.

Weighed myself a couple of days ago but I've been traveling so now I'm posting it. 183.5lbs BMI of 27.8 I'm going to measure myselt using calipers tomorrow so I can calculate how much bodyfat I loose in relation to weight.

![]() Ok, week one almost done. Been kickin butt with 24/7 phase 1 workouts. Eating has been a mess. I'm fasting in the morning, juicing in the afternoons and then juicing with extra protein powder added to the juice for muscle recovery after my workouts.
I do great until 8pm and then get the munchies something fierce. Craving grains for some reason. 2 almond butter and jelly sandwiches with 2 big glasses of milk. I'm pretty much sabatoging myself every night. Looking into the Primal diet to what that does for me. Any feedback from the 2 past winners doing TC14? Help me Obi-Wan, you're my only help.

![]() Hey jolly beggar! I am with ya on finishing the contest. It will be my first. I usually let life overwhelm and stop posting. It really does help just to stop in at least a couple times a week. I'll be back to kick Ur butt lol. I'm not a previous winner but I love helping. When you get the munched try a mixture of carrots and almonds. They taste great together and keeps me satisfied. Hope this helps!!!

![]() The past couple of days have been better. I just drove from my home in MI to Nashville where I work (commute every other week) and I juiced the whole drive down.
Worked out out when I got here. Day 1 of 24/7 Phase 1 Had a goat milk and whey protein shake after workout and then had another glass of juice, a handful of almonds and a baby bell cheese. Feeling good and will head to bed soon. Hope you're all doing well.
