Yay! So glad you are here! I may have to look into this one for the road when all I'll have is my kettle bell and my jungle gym straps! Is it a video or a printable workout? Also..will you be posting your food? I'm so nosy! I like to see what other people eat!

Default My rules

I will adding to this. Basic stuff to live by.

1) I will not eat anything without a spoon, fork or any implement. Meaning I will not stick my finger in the jar of almond butter.
2) I will not eat out of a bag, box etc. I will put it in a bowl. What I really need to do is not buy the bag, box of what is usually junk. Steps.
3) Stop this kind of thinking: "fasting tomorrow, I can have a little extra today." How dumb it that!
4) Use the cookbooks and recipes that I purchased and printed out. Can't eat the paper.
5) Make the time to plan and prepare. Watch less TV. Lots of time there.

Concetta, I notice you like the kettlebells a lot and wonder how you find them compared to DBs, TRX, pull-up bar, etc. I don't have one but would like some perspective. What's your .02?

Another tool in the box Maureen. Swings with a heavy KB work every inch of your body. Although some gyms don't have them, if you are traveling by car, it's easy to take. Concetta
