Default 2016 Best Program?

Anyone have a favorite so far from this year?

We've already created an AWESOME program for Jan 2017... plus we have a few more good ones coming here soon.

Alright... your feedback?

I can't remember what it was called. Peter's workout. We picked either a squat or a deadlift to focus on for four weeks with a mix of kettlebell stuff too. I loved it.

Peter's program might be best. Although I really liked TT #1 priority. It gave the right amount of muscle building and fat loss.

I forgot about #1 priority. I liked the twist on that.
