So is it really quits for good with Carl? What was the nail in the coffin?
YES it is done with Carl, FOR GOOD. I look so happy bc I AM so happy finally! Talk about a weight off my shoulders (and hopefully my butt soon too hehe).

Ma, you are SO sweet! Love having you here on the boards!

Waleed, I am feeling younger the longer I stick with no wheat and mostly raw foods. I was just out monday and had several guys going, 35? Really you're seriously 35? You look 20s, how do you DO it?? Craig's workouts and the inspiration to go more vegan.

Jori - NO KIDDING the flippin creatine being bad bad bad for us hypothyroid peeps! Taking that 2 weeks making me gain weight, then another 3 to get it back off, pretty much screwed my whole contest tho I did make it back down to my original low.

I was JUST reading a book today about crash diets, protein, stubborn fat yada yada and learned why my weight loss plateaued and wouldnt budge, it said when you're on a low calorie fasting kind of diet (which I am notorious for not eating when my weight creeps up) light-moderate weight lifting is beneficial (2-3 days a week) but high intensity training more then 3 days a week will stop weight loss dead in its tracks for whatever reason, tho you would think low calories + lots of exercising would = more fat loss. But nyet! And what was i doing every single day with almost never breaks? TT transformation which is killer, plus Final Phase Fat Loss, plus Insanity HIIT dvds, plus my stationary bike or running in the woods. Yeeeeah, it's all pretty clear now!! Since I laid off and cut it down to 3 days lifting and 3 days light plus a day off, tada starting to see results again. So YES everyone, BRING ON TT 8!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Jess, you look great!! Great job on the contest even though you don't think you did well. I see lots of changes! Especially that booty! Congrats!
