![]() I wonder if android have a similar app? I was running my course study on a similar schedule the other day. 30 mins on 30 mins off. I got a lot done that way and having those 30 minute burst kept me much more focused and motivated.

![]() Peter, Did you try looking for 30/30 on android? My son and I have found that a lot of times they will make an app for multiple platforms and title it the same (he has an android).
This weekend, I slept...a lot! The stress of the last week finally got so much that I could physically feel it on Friday night and Saturday morning, so I listened to my body, and slept. I was also able to eat well and got in a workout yesterday. I think that is one of my major drawbacks. I want to do so much and schedule everything in, I then attend to things that others need, and I forget to schedule in some down time for myself. If I'm always pushing to check boxes and address needs, then I have no time left for renewal. I have to realize that is also important!! |

![]() Can't believe that today is my 90th day! There was a glitch that wouldn't let me into any of the forums for much of this week. Experiencing that frustration, I admit that I found that posting makes a HUGE difference in progress and motivation. I also love the support and feedback. That has been extremely helpful and important for me.
I have to go to work now, and everyone's asleep, so I'll have to take my pic tonight and write my final report. I am pretty sure that it worn't really be final...just final for the contest. Thank you to everyone who has commented and given me support through this time. I appreciate it more than my simple words can tell you!! |
