Is there caffeine in the coconut tea? Maybe it was the caffeine from the Green Tea?

Also, make sure you check out my other websites to help you with your goals:

1) www.InternetIndependence.com - Great free report + free content 3xs per week
2) www.EarlyToRise.com - Great free content every day

Thanks! I have received Early to Rise for several months, I'll check the other one.

The coconut tea has caffeine, as did the grean tea. The other tea, also did...I'll keep experimenting and keep track.

Today had a great stretch and workout to start the day. My son, a former semi-pro baseball player was helping me consider excercizes this morning and came the the conclusion that I had. The ones that you think might bother the sciatica, don't. ...yet others do. Conclusion, it's something else, or something connected to it. ...like I said, I have seen 2 doctors so its not like I'm completely self diagnosing. but I know that the strethching and core strengthening help more than any. No longer have pain throughout the day!!

I'm looking forward to tomorrow. Lots to do. But, I'm feeling good tonight and plan to fit in a workout...Craig, you told me once that I can do beginner every day. So, although I'm watching to not push it too far, I'm planning to push a little, as I can.

I still have to get my goals posted. I'll have them up by Sunday!!

Had a good workout today:
6 rounds of split squats
4 rounds of stick ups
6 rounds of push ups (best as I could do them)
4 rounds of jumping jacks
4 bird dogs

I finally gave in and got the prednisone pack the orthopedic dr. prescribed for me over a month ago. In the morning it takes me over an hour to be able to move without pain...and while I absolutely hate medication, my alternatives weren't helping.

I didn't weigh myself this morning, but I took my measurements.

My waist has slimmed 3/4"...but my hips are up an inch! ...NO!!! It was just one day. I know that it is only temporary. I know that to keep working out will pay off.

Goals:

1 year:
1. Maintain regular workouts - not getting stuck at my plateau and maintain weight of 155 lbs
2. Have finished 1 book for self publication
3. Have begun plan to earn money from the writing I love and reduce hours at current position.
4. Have at least $1,000 in savings

3 months: (December 1)
1. Weigh 170 lbs. (continuing to work out)
2. Finish reading 6 books
3. Write 2 posts/week on my blog
4. Budget forward next 6 months to include savings

3 weeks: (October 1)
1. Lose 6 lbs - weigh 184
2. Finish reading 2 books
3. Write 2 posts/week and frame at least 5 book ideas

7 days:
1. Plan day the night before
2. Delegate at least 3 items / day
3. spend at least 1 hr/day reading and writing
4. Commit and track food and workouts

Default Question

I'm not quite sure of where to start or progress...several months ago I began using the HWR beginner program. I have that as well as the 20-10 and Bodyweight videos.

I also recently got the TT deluxe package.

But I have to admit, I see a bunch of titles and glaze over. That's why I started with beginner.

But, where do I find something that says...start here! ? Or doesn't it matter?

Stick with beginner Turbulence Training for 2 weeks. If you find it is too easy, move on. If you are happy with it, stick there for 2 more weeks, then move on.

Default Thank you for the support

I want to thank everyone for the support so far! Over the past few days, my life has had a lot of turmoil. It has been difficult to make good choices and do the right things. Having accountability to my posts on this site, and the support of everyone here, has given me something other than myself to keep me on track. Thank you!!

Great job breaking it all down! That will really fuel your success. I need to do the same thing this weekend before I cannonball into this contest!

Thanks and good luck to you Brent! It certainly is a lot easier to break it down because its easier to track and be accountable that way!
