I fasted for about 20 hours. I've fasted before with great success. What I'll do is eat my last meal on Sunday and than not eat until I return from work the following day. That sets me up for a 16 to 20 hour fast. It resets my hunger levels and my body seems to respond to it very well, body fat wise.
Sounds great, Marks Daily Apple did a series of articles on fasting and I'm working my way through them now.
I think i'll give intermittent fasting a try, will post the results.
