Default Challenge # 77

Crazy 8's

Do the following circuit 4 times, resting only when needed. The next time you do this circuit, try to beat your previous time. Why 18 Total Body Extensions? Because 20 would have ruined the title of the circuit man.

Lox Box Jumps (8)
Inverted Row or Strap Row (8)
Ab Wheel or Stability Ball Rollout (8)
Total Body Extensions (18)

Lox Box Jumps, that is new to me. Is that jumping on a box while eating a bagel with lox? ;-)

You nailed it! Ha, it's also known as regular box jumps... I just don't encourage people to jump on those really high ones. You can also do them using a bench.
