I suspect the ring chin ups are a bit further up on the difficulty scale.....would that be a correct assumption? You really had some terrific improvement in your scores!
I'll leave a review today. Definitely a standout program for me. I've done quite a few TT programs now and this one is definitely a classic and should get more attention.

Ring chins are definitely harder than regular ones although I'm not sure by how much. I rarely use a bar anymore so can't really compare to be honest. One thing I will say is that they are a lot easier on the shoulders.

I'm really happy with my improvements. Workout C, although painful is so much fun.

Default I beat you, Peter!!!

I am currently on week 3 of BW Bodybuilding 2k10

These are my scores for the Workout C - Addiction Bodyweight Challenge

Week 1 (Adaptation): 624

Week 2: 794 (my PR)

Week 3: roll the drums!!!!!

1) Chin-ups (3 Min) 41
2) Close-Stance BW Squats (5 Min) 246
3) Close-Grip Pushups (3 Min) 64
4) Burpee-Pullup Combo (3 Min) 21
5) Elevated Reverse Lunges (3 Min) 123
6) JGXT Jackknife (3 Min) 117
7) JGXT Leg Curl (3 Min) 84
8) Bodyweight Rows (3 Min) 74
9) Pushups – (3 Min) 63
Total 833

Some notes:

I made a strategic mistake in the CG pushups. Last week I hit 75 reps, which gives 25 reps per minute. But I don't know why I started the exercise with the number 20 reps/min on my mind. When I realized the mistake, it was already too late.

What really made the difference between Peter’s 821 reps and my score was the Jackknife. But I did it on the JGXT, which is considerably easier than on a SB.

Nearly there grasshopper. 14 more reps + 10% for the motivation advantage means you only need 931 reps in week 4 to beat me. lol
