Pushup Challenge Gauntlet (warning, this is brutal)

Do the following circuit, resting as shown. Count the GRAND TOTAL # of pushups you were able to do in the entire circuit and the next time you do this finisher, try to beat your previous record.

So, you'll do decline pushups for 20 secs and then rest 10 secs. Then, you'll do this one more time and then move into the BW squats, etc.

Decline Pushups (20 secs), rest 10 secs - 2X
Bodyweight Squat (20 secs), rest 10 secs - 2X
Elevated Pushups (20 secs), rest 10 secs - 2X (switch sides with each round)
Jumping Jacks (20 secs), rest 10 secs - 2X
Pushups (20 secs), rest 10 secs - 2X
