What you need my lass, is a good old fashioned pair of braces. Like the ones clowns wear.

Hellllloooooo! Wow, 2 weeks it's been since I posted. I'm still here! Doing well. I'm on my last week of TT Transformation and then I will switch to one of the Meathead workouts.

I have this pair of Levi's cut-off shorts that I've had forever. I used to wear them and now I keep them as a barometer of how I am doing. I put them on the other day. I am so used to sucking in my stomach to button and zip them but I didn't have to do that this time! I was surprised when the button hole overlapped the button! Cool. THey're still too tight and they are waaaaay too short to ever wear again but they let me know I'm moving in the right direction. There was a time, not too long ago when the button and the button hole were a few inches from meeting. Yuck!!

Hi Debbie

sorry not dropped by before now, just been reading your posts, and you have a lot on your plate, so even more well done on your progress.

Fab news about the shorts, I have a few bits that I use as a barometer but can't actually get into any of them yet! Well done keep up the great work Cheers KT

Thank you!

So, today I did stiff leg dead lifts with 50# dumbbells. I could probably even do the 55's but there is no way my hands could hold them. I might have to go for some versa grips. Sometimes on lunges I feel like my hands are giving out but my legs could keep going. I've been trying to use weights that are heavy but with proper form. In the recent past I said I was doing that but it was really a weight that was heavy until I felt uncomfortable (not pained or to failure) and then would switch to a lighter weight. Now I am pushing thru if it's just discomfort. You know, out of my comfort zone kind of thing.

I'm still dealing with the 'puppy'. She's all finished with the antibiotics and is better in that respect. She's still old so she needs a lot of care but she seems to be walking better and her eyes are brighter. She decided she doesn't like her dry food anymore though and I am now hand feeding her Purina One canned food. Try that with two whippets sniffing over your shoulders to get at the food. IT's a real circus sometimes! It's all good though. I need my crazy TT workouts to let out the stress! Nothing like double burpees to make you forget what you've got going on elsewhere!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You know what I mean!!

Hi Debbie, Glad to see you posting a little more often. I was laughing about the "Suicides". I rediscovered shuttle runs on the same workout, and now I'm really into them. Who knows, they could have had something to do with the fact that your cut offs zipped up so easily!

I did them the other day in front of my house. I used some of my daughter's chalk to mark off each time I did one. Good thing because after about the 3rd one...I couldn't even tell you my name! LOL!!
